Celebrating 35 years of making Medicare more accessible, affordable, and equitable!

Tell Your Members of Congress to Advance Critical Medicare and Medicaid Reforms

This week, Congress is working to reach a deal on the budget reconciliation bill. Critical health care reforms are on the table—and we need your help to ensure they make it into the final package.

Medicare and Medicaid provide critical health coverage to millions of older adults and people with disabilities. But gaps in eligibility and benefits, rising costs, and archaic rules mean far too many beneficiaries can struggle to access and afford their care. The pandemic has exacerbated these and other challenges, underscoring the need for a budget reconciliation bill that offers swift, meaningful, and lasting relief.

Take Action Today!

The budget bill is an historic opportunity for Congress to enact popular health care policies that would lower costs, improve coverage, and advance equity. Join Medicare Rights in advocating for these transformational changes.

  • Improves Medicaid coverage and care by making a $400 billion investment in Medicaid-funded home- and community-based services.
