The Medicare Rights Center is an independent, national nonprofit organization whose work is primarily supported by philanthropy and public contracts. We also receive contributions from corporations and individuals, and we maintain fee-for-service relationships with a number of corporations and nonprofits.

CPRNYDE
The Coalition to Protect the Rights of New York’s Dually Eligible (CPRNYDE) is a diverse group of over 50 consumer-based interests, agencies, and perspectives working to shape the managed care programs that coordinate care for 760,000 older and disabled New Yorkers who are dually eligible for Medicare and Medicaid.
Medicare Savings Coalition
The New York State Medicare Savings Coalition, led by the Medicare Rights Center, is an alliance of over 150 community-based organizations, advocacy groups and government agencies in New York State.
ICAN
ICAN is the New York State ombuds program for people with Medicaid who need long-term care or behavioral health services. Medicare Rights provides counseling, casework assistance, and professional training through the ICAN network.
Center for Benefits Access
Medicare Rights develops educational content for NCOA's Center for Benefits Access, which provides technical assistance to grantees nationwide under the Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act (MIPPA).
SHIP Technical Assistance
State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIPs) provide local, in-depth, and objective insurance counseling and assistance to Medicare-eligible individuals, their families, and caregivers. Medicare Rights provides an array of services--including training and certification--to SHIP counselors nationally through the SHIP National TA Center.
