The Medicare Rights Center (Medicare Rights) appreciates the opportunity to comment on the proposed cancellation of the Episode Payment Models (EPMs) and Cardiac Rehabilitation (CR) Incentive Payment Model and proposed changes to the Comprehensive Care for Joint Replacement Model.
