Through our national helpline, we provide direct assistance to older adults and people with disabilities, as well as their friends, family members and caregivers. In addition, we provide information and assistance to professionals serving people with Medicare.Learn more
The Medicare Rights Center is a great place to turn to if you’re looking for special training about Medicare. Many come to us to learn just for themselves, while others need to understand the system in order to help their clients and patients.Learn more
Through Medicare Minute (formerly known as Seniors Out Speaking), we work with host organizations nationally to enlist, train, and track the outcomes of volunteers as they help their friends and neighbors understand Medicare and related health insurance coverage.Learn more
Through the Community Partners program, we provide a range of technical assistance over a mutually agreed-upon time period to help partner organizations strengthen their Medicare counseling to clients, with an emphasis on helping clients access low-income programs that help pay the costs related to Medicare.Learn more
