RxHelp Hotline for Professionals

RxHelp, which can be reached by calling 877-794-3570, is MRC's hotline for professionals who need help understanding, explaining or helping their clients navigate the Medicare prescription drug benefit (Part D). MRC’s experienced caseworkers help social workers, pharmacists, geriatric care managers, advocates and other health care professionals ensure that that their clients get their medications and understand their rights. MRC’s caseworkers are committed to providing accurate, non-biased information and ongoing technical support to callers.

In speaking with professionals across the country, we gain a better understanding of the experiences of both people with Medicare and those that serve them. This, in turn, is reflected in MRC’s broader policy and educational work.

RxHelp was launched in the fall of 2005 with support from The Brookdale Foundation Group.
