Consumer Hotline              

The consumer hotline is the backbone of MRC and guides all our other activities. Through the hotline, we assist thousands of people each year who need help getting health care or can't understand their health care rights, benefits and options. We help older and disabled people get the care they need and the coverage they are entitled to. The hotline also informs the MRC staff about informational and legal barriers to care and coverage, which we strive to address through our public education and public policy initiatives.
