Addressing the Need for Information:
The Medicare Rights Center
With a rapidly aging population, as well as a Medicare program that has become increasingly complex, now, more than ever, professionals need a trustworthy source of information for answers to their questions about health care benefits, rights and options. With over 15 years’ experience running statewide health insurance information & counseling hotlines, creating educational booklets and developing Medicare training materials, the Medicare Rights Center (MRC) understands the questions and concerns of the 41 million Americans with Medicare and the professionals who serve them, and has developed clear answers to address them. Thanks to a grant from the U.S. Department of Commerce, MRC has put these answers in Medicare Interactive (MI), an online, interactive health care counseling, training, and assistance system.
The Solution: Medicare Interactive
Medicare Interactive is designed to help people find answers to their most basic and most technical questions about health care benefits, rights and options for people with Medicare.
